For brides and grooms looking to find a great venue for your wedding and reception, Oasis Retreat offers a personalized wedding celebration for up to 100 people.

Your ceremony may be simple and intimate or with as many as 100 family and friends sharing your special moment. To ensure that your wedding is stylish, elegant and truly unforgettable our coordinator and staff will assist you in a professional manner and will guide you through one of the most important days of your life.

Outdoor Chapel Ceremony

  • Outside chairs with 24 being covered for immediate family of Bride and Groom
  • All set up and clean up of items listed

Both Packages Include:

  • Overnight stay for Bride and Bridesmaids (up to 12 people) in the dorm with spacious dressing area and mirrors (Bed & Bath Linens included)
  • A changing room for Groom and Groomsmen prior to Ceremony
  • A Scheduled time for Rehearsal (Chapel closed by 9:00 pm)

You may hire a DJ for your outdoor Ceremony and/or Reception however Oasis Retreat reserves the right to regulate the volume and lyrics. Music must be off by 9:30 pm.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package Pricing

  • $3500 for up to 50 in attendance
  • $4000 for 50-100 in attendance

Payment Plan

  • $500.00 Deposit required at contract signing
  • One-third of remaining balance required 90 days prior to event date: this is a non-refundable payment
  • Final payment in full is required 3 weeks prior to event.

Optional Items with Additional Costs

Overnight stay, night before or night after ceremony for family or guest

  • 10 Lodge rooms available
  • $75.00 per night per room: Single or double occupancy, Queen bed
  • Bed & Bath Linens provided
  • Specialty Toiletries are not provided
  • No Restaurant on site to serve overnight guests

Rehearsal Dinner: Menu provided

  • $15.00 per guest
  • Meal, Dessert & Drink included

Officiant

  • Licensed Ordained Minister, Man or Woman – $300.00

Wedding Cake

  • Three Tiered Wedding Cake decorated with White Roses or Flowers of your choice (artificial flowers) Cake cut by Oasis staff – $300
  • Groom’s Cake: Chocolate 9 x 13 sheet cake decorated with Flowers – $50
